Offices were getting rejections because old x-ray dates were still on the claims. I removed the x-ray dates and re-billed. The offices were paid.
Offices were sending Medicare type of claims with the regions of the spine using the 839** codes. The regions of the spine were converted to the 739* regions of the spine with the corresponding symptoms and the claims were paid.
Medicare claims were rejected because the policy changed to a Medicare Advantage type of policy. We received the correct subscriber ID and were able to properly bill and receive payment.
